A |     노조 “임금 9% 인상·정년 65세 연장” vs 사측 “2% 인상” 맞서 접점 못 찾아유일 대중교통 마비 우려…울산시, 전세버스 90대 투입 등 비상수송대책 가동                   울산시청 앞 시내버스 정류소. 사진제공=울산시올해 임금협상에서 난항을 겪고 있는 울산지역 시내버스 노동조합이 압도적인 찬성률로 파업을 가결하고 총파업 수순에 들어갔다. 27일 예정된 최종 조정 회의에서 합의점을 찾지 못할 경우 28일 첫 차부터 지역 시내버스 운행이 전면 중단된다.26일 전국자동차노동조합연맹 울산지역버스노조에 따르면 전날 실시한 쟁의행위 찬반투표 결과 파업안이 95.71%의 찬성률로 가결됐다. 재적 조합원 1691명 중 1491명이 투표에 참여해(투표율 88.17%) 이 가운데 1427명이 찬성표를 던졌다. 울산 시내버스 노조는 울산여객·남성여객·한성교통·유진버스·학성버스·대우여객 등 지역 6개 버스업체 노조로 구성돼 있다.파업 찬반투표가 가결됨에 따라 노조는 27일 열리는 울산지방노동위원회 최종 조정 회의 결과에 따라 합법적인 파업권을 얻게 된다. 지노위가 노사 간 입장 차를 좁히지 못하고 ‘조정 중지’ 결정을 내릴 경우, 노조는 28일 첫 차부터 일제히 운행 중단에 들어갈 방침이다.노사는 올해 1월 27일 첫 교섭을 시작으로 8월 12일까지 총 7차례에 걸쳐 협상을 진행했으나 합의점을 찾지 못했다. 노조는 기본시급 9% 인상과 정년 만 63세에서 65세로 연장, 미적립 퇴직금 해소 등을 요구하고 있다. 반면 사측은 기본시급 2% 인상안을 고수하며 맞서고 있다.파업이 현실화할 경우 울산지역 108개 노선에서 운행 중인 시내버스 709대가 일제히 멈춰 서게 된다. 울산은 지하철 등 대체 도시철도망이 없어 시내버스 운행이 중단되면 시민들의 출퇴근·통학 불편이 불가피할 전망이다.울산시는 파업 돌입에 대비해 비상수송대책본부를 가동한다. 주요 27개 노선에 전세버스 등 90대를 긴급 임차해 투입하는 등 시민 불편을 최소화할 방침이다.。

Standing beside his close friend Farah Khan, he revisited memories that continue to influence him even today.           Looking back, Shah Rukh said, “My life changing moment was the passing away of my parents at a very young age. I thought they had become stars in the sky. Mujhe laga woh tara ban chuke hain and they will not be able to see me.” He explained how that loss pushed him to strive harder, adding, “So, I worked harder to become a bigger person. God has been very kind. I just put a bronze statue of myself from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge in London. I won a National Award, and now I have a building in Dubai which is my name. The idea was to become so big on Earth that my parents can see me from heaven. For me, that is the life changing moment.”     Hearing this, Farah said, “This is as close to the sky as one can get,” referring to the tower, and Shah Rukh softly replied, “I hope they can see me from there.” He also reflected on his family, remembering his father Taj Mohammed who died when he was 14 and his mother Lateef Fatima Khan whom he lost at 24. Today, he shares his life with Gauri Khan and their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam.          On the work front, Shah Rukh is now preparing for the release of King. The makers unveiled the first look on his birthday last month and it created instant excitement. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, the film is set for a 2026 release.
